The History of Fisher-Price. It began in1930 during the GREAT DEPRESSION in East Aurora, New York. There was three partners: Irving L. Price, Herman Guy Fisher and Helen L. Schelle.

Irving Lanouette Price co-founder. He was born September 21, 1884 in Massachusetts. Also, married to children book illustrator and artist: Marqaret Evens Price.

In 1898 Herman Guy Fisher was born in Pennsylvania. And was also inducted in the Toy Industry Association Hall of Fame.

Helen Schelle the co-founder was born in Pigua, Ohio. She undertook the role of secretary and treasurer. She lived in a cottage just outside of town and also owned a farm

Fisher-Price produces educational toys for infants, toddlers and preschool.
